Contact
There is no contact form on this page, and there will not be one — a form would mean collecting and transmitting what you type, which is precisely what these tools avoid. Email works just as well.
One address for everything: bug reports, corrections, suggestions and anything else about these tools.
About this address. Mail sent here is forwarded to a personal inbox, so a reply will arrive from a different address than the one you wrote to. There is no autoresponder and no ticketing system behind it — a person reads it. Bug reports about a specific tool are especially welcome: the more precisely you can say what you entered and what you expected instead, the faster it gets fixed.
What is worth sending
- Wrong results. The most valuable message anyone can send. Include the exact input you used, what the tool returned, and what you expected — with the input, a bug can usually be reproduced immediately.
- Accessibility problems. If something is unreachable by keyboard, unclear to a screen reader, or a colour pair is hard to read, that counts as a bug here and is treated as one.
- Corrections to the explanations. Each tool carries a fair amount of reference material about cron syntax, WCAG thresholds, timezone handling and the like. If any of it is wrong, misleading or out of date, please say so — ideally with a pointer to the specification or source.
- Missing presets or pages. If there is an obvious schedule, aspect ratio, platform or recurring date that ought to be covered and is not, suggestions are welcome.
- Rendering problems. A layout that breaks in a particular browser or at a particular width is useful to know about. Mentioning the browser, version and screen width helps a lot.
What to expect
This is an independent project rather than a supported product, so there is no guaranteed response time and no ticketing system. Clear bug reports get the most attention, because they are the ones that can be acted on.
A few things this address is not for: there is no paid support, no newsletter and no mailing list to join. Guest posts, link exchanges, sponsored content and SEO offers are not accepted and will not receive a reply.
Anything you send is used only to answer you and to fix the problem you describe. It is not added to any list, not shared with anyone, and not used for anything else. See the privacy page for the rest.
