From blank page to printed cards in four steps
- Pick a card type. Classic 75-ball, UK-style 90-ball, or your own word/phrase list.
- Set the count and free space. Enter how many cards you need — one per expected player is the usual rule of thumb — and whether the centre square should be free.
- Click Generate. Every card in the batch is checked to be a different arrangement from every other card.
- Click Print / Save as PDF. Your browser's print dialog opens with one card per page already formatted; pick a physical printer, or choose the "Save as PDF" destination most browsers already include.
Printing tips
- Print a test page first if you are printing a large batch, to confirm your printer's margins and paper size look right before committing the whole run.
- Portrait orientation is what the layout is designed for and what your browser will default to.
- Turn off "fit to page" scaling weirdness by leaving the print dialog's scale at 100% — the layout is already sized to fit a standard page.
- Save as PDF once, print many times if you expect to reuse the same batch — export the PDF and print copies from it later instead of re-generating (a fresh generation would produce different, non-matching cards).
Frequently asked questions
What paper size should I use for printable bingo cards?
Letter or A4 both work — the print layout adapts to whichever your printer's default paper size is, since it uses your browser's own print dialog rather than a fixed page template. Portrait orientation (the default) fits a single card comfortably with room for a title.
Can I print in black and white to save ink?
Yes — the print layout is already plain black text on a white background regardless of whether your screen is showing dark or light mode, so there is no colour ink used unless your printer itself defaults to a colour mode. Choose "grayscale" or "black and white" in the print dialog if your printer driver exposes that option.
How many printable cards can I generate at once?
Up to 100 in a single batch. Each one is checked to be a different arrangement from every other card in that batch before it is added to the set.
